DUAL-OUTPUT DC-DC CONVERTER

PURPOSE:To obtain two kinds of different outputs simultaneously by a method wherein a switching device is connected to the primary winding of a transformer in series and a rectifying smoothing circuit which is operated when the switching device is turned on and a rectifying smoothing circuit which utilizes the reset current of the excitation energy of the transformer when the switching device is turned off are provided on the secondary side of the transformer. CONSTITUTION:A smoothing capacitor 2 and an output control circuit 3 are connected between both the terminals of an external DC power supply 1. The anode of a rectifying diode 4c is connected to one of the terminals of a capacitor 12. The other terminal of the capacitor 12 is connected to the secondary terminal 61d of a transformer 6. The secondary terminal 61d is also connected to the cathode of the external DC power supply 1. Further, an output voltage stabilizing circuit 11 is connected between both the terminals of the capacitor 12. An output smoothing capacitor 9b is connected between the output terminal of the output voltage stabilizing circuit 11 and the cathode of the external DC power supply 1. An external load 10b is connected between both the terminals of the output smoothing capacitor 9b. Further, the anode side terminal of an output smoothing capacitor 9a is connected to an output control circuit 3.
