<p>Novel taxicine derivatives of general formula (I), their preparation and pharmaceutical compositions containing them wherein Ar is an aryl, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl or cycloalkenyl radical, R is a benzoyl radical or a radical of general formula R1-O-CO- wherein R1 is an alkyl, alkenyl, alcynyl, cycloalkyl, bicycloalkyl, phenyl or heterocyclyl radical, R2 and R3 are each a hydroxy radical or an oxo group or together form an optionally substituted methylenedioxy radical, R6 and R7 are each a hydrogen atom, or R6 is a hydrogen atom and R7 is a R'7-CO- radical wherein R'7 is an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, phenyl or heterocyclyl radical or R6 and R7 together form an optionally substituted methylene radical, and R10 is an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or heterocyclyl radical. Said novel taxicine derivatives of general formula (I) have remarkable antileukemia and antitumor properties.</p> |
