<p>A lawn edging device includes a flexible strip (14) having a top edge (18) configured for withstanding hammering, a bottom edge (20) configured for penetration into the ground, and ends (24, 26) constructed for interlocking with adjacent strips (14). A plurality of ribs (60) spaced parallel to each other extend from both sides of the strip (14) and are oriented perpendicular to the length of the strip (14) to provide vertical rigidity to the strip (14). The ribs (60) taper towards the bottom edge (20) of the strip (14) and facilitate the penetration of the strip (14) into the ground.</p> |
