A device (12) for exercising the fingers, hands and forearms of a user while bracing the wrist of the user. The devive (12) incorporates flexible, resilient rods (14, 16) made of a material such as a composite. The rods (14, 16) are configured to extend from a tip of the finger to at least the base of the finger. A brace (18) is provided which extends across the back of the hand and across the back of the wrist of the user.
