<p>The invention relates to a high speed agitated granulation method and an apparatus for automatically carrying out the method, said method being a method for manufacturing a granular product by using a high speed agitated granulating machine which comprises means for rolling and agitating a material to be granulated, spray means for spraying a binding liquid, means for disintegrating granular particles and means for drying the granular particles, and for simultaneously having said respective means act on the material to be granulated to simultaneously perform agitation, granulation, disintegrating and drying. According to the high speed agitated granulation method of the invention, it is possible to obtain particles, of which components are considerably uniform in content and which are good in fluidity and compression formability. Also, it is possible to manufacture particles which are hard to generate agglomerate caused by granular particles gathering together during granulation and which are of stable quality. A tablet manufactured by the use of particles produced by carrying out the method of the invention is considerably uniform in contents of effective components and tone, and has a good mechanical strength.</p> |
