The lateral vibration damper has several plate springs (3). These are firmly located around the circumference between the inner (1) and the outer (2) ring, and press against and carry the inner ring. The damper has an inner fluid chamber (5) filled with oil, which is sealed via a sealing element (9) and a cover (6). The cover is fitted with an oil groove (7) and an oil supply opening (11).
