The apparatus automatically controls the contact angle between the flat glass and the diamond wheel by moving the wheel motor according to the profile of the flat glass so that the cut face gets smooth, and the cut width regulated. It comprises 2 shafts(40) longitudinally equipped within a roller support(14); a movable base(41) elastically supported by a spring(42); a bearing fixture shaft(23) fixed at an end of the movable base(41); a rotary bearing(24) having a sensing roller(21); a cover(26) with a variable resistor; a worm gear(11) adhering to a rotary shaft(50) of a bevel angle controller; a worm(53) attached to a speed reduction gear motor(12).
