<p>A syringe is provided with two fluid chambers separated by wall, the upper chamber having a movable disc-like top. A sealed conduit passes through the separating wall, the sealing membrane being pierced by a needle supported by the disc-like top when the top is drawn towards the separating wall, through actuation of a plunger, to expell the fluid from the upper to the lower chamber.</p> |
