Light transmitters (6) and light receivers (7) form a cohesive chain of successive light curtains (8) between the two outer alarm units in the road longitudinal direction. A warning light panel (4) is arranged at a distance in front of the alarm units in each travel direction on the road. A central unit (9) switches on both warning light panels as soon as any of the light curtains are broken. Each alarm unit (1) has a flashing light lamp (12), which can be seen from the road and which the central unit switches on at the same time as the warning light panels. Each alarm unit has a flood light (12), which is directed away from the road and which at night is switched on by the central unit at the same time as the warning light panels. A central unit is arranged for each chain of light curtains. |
