<p>PURPOSE:To use a denitrificating device for a combustion device, such as a boiler to facilitate the work for inserting into the furnace and to set the spray direction at the desired one by providing a spray hole in the shape of a slit opened, inclined to the axial direction of an extended pipe part on the tip of the extended pipe part. CONSTITUTION:In a spray nozzle 13, an extended pipe part 24 having an inner hole 24a from an inner mixing position 13a towards the free end is provided, and a tip part 25 for jetting a gas mixture into a boiler 1 is provided on the end of the part 24. The tip part 25 is formed into a semisphere, a slit 25a is cut in the tip part 25 as a spray hole having a width narrower than the diameter of the inner hole 24a, and the slit 25a communicates with the inner hole 24a which is closed near the tip part 25. The slit 25a is opened at the end of the extended pipe part 24, inclined at an angle theta to the pipe axial direction. In this way, a gas mixture of a solvent mixture and air is sprayed in the opposite direction to the waste gas discharge side, its contact time with the waste gas of urea is increased, the denitrification efficiency is improved, and also the quantity of leak ammonia is reduced.</p> |
