<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the flying up of sludge by composing a bubbler of the first chamber where air is fed and the second chamber where the air or water is fed, and regulating buoyancy on the quantity of the air or water fed into the second chamber to set the bubbler at a fixed position. CONSTITUTION:A flexible partition 29 is provided inside a bubbler 11 made of a flexible material, and the first and the second chamber 31, 33 are formed by the partition 29. Air is fed from vessels 7, 9 into the first chamber 31 through flexible hoses 21, 41, and a bubble is emitted from a nozzle 35. Water or air is fed from the vessels 7, 9 into the second chamber 33 through the hoses 21, 41. Optional buoyancy can be obtained by regulating the quantity of the water or air, and the bubbler 11 can thereby be set at a fixed position under water for preventing the flying up of sludge. In addition, buoyancy regulating chains 37 are provided on the bubbler 11, and the buoyancy can also be regulated by regulating the weight of the chains 37 in addition to the above regulation of the quantity of water or air.</p> |
