PURPOSE:To realize the molding method, by which highly accurate compound lens body, can be formed the thickness of the resin layer of which does not vary, by a method wherein the scattering of the amount of resin is controlled by providing a notched groove part in glass member. CONSTITUTION:Glass member 1, which has an annular notched groove part 1a concentric to optical axis, is prepared and arranged at the predetermined position on molds 2 and 3 so as to be supported near the outer edge of the notched groove part 1a. At the same time, resin stock 5, the volume of which is slightly less than that occupied by the space made between the glass member 1 and the molds 2 and 3, is retained in the space just mentioned above so as to be solidified under the condition that small gap part 1d is left in the notched groove part 1a. |
