PURPOSE:To make no registration process and efficiently operate an elevator when an instantaneous power stoppage or the like occurs and an erroneous input signal is received from a call input device by nullifying call registration when a prescribed number or above of call input signals are concurrently operated. CONSTITUTION:When hall call buttons S1-S8 are pushed, a hall call input device H transmits the hall call data of the relevant floors to a microcomputer M and turns on the corresponding response lamps L1-L8. The hall call input device H outputs a high potential when no hall call button is pushed and outputs a low potential when a hall call button is pushed. When an instantaneous power stoppage or the like occurs, the output data become a low potential, the microcomputer M might judge that hall calls of all floors are inputted and make the hall call registration process. To resolve this trouble, the call registration process in the microcomputer M is nullified when the input signals from the call input device H exceed the prescribed number of calls.
