PURPOSE:To obtain a scallion bulb-containing Japanese apricot product keeping appearance as Japanese apricot, being pleasing in appearance and having new taste and to provide a method for producing the Japanese apricot product. CONSTITUTION:A seed of Japanese apricot 23 fixed by a Japanese apricotfixing member 6 is cut and crushed into pieces by rotating the top of a drill 71 in longitudinal and vertical directions using an attaching part to a supporting member 73 as a shaft while rotating the drill 71 by a motor 72b for drill rotation by a Japanese apricot-crushing apparatus supported with a supporting member 73 so that the drill 71 having a diameter smaller than that of the seed of the Japanese apricot 23 can be rotated accompanying operation of the rotating motor 72b and so that the top of the drill 71 can longitudinally and vertically be rotated around the attaching part. Then, the crushed pieces are removed to form a scallion bulb-housing part and the scallion bulb is put into the scallion bulb-housing part to provide the objective scallion bulb-containing Japanese apricot product. |
