PURPOSE:To obtain a working fluid, capable of providing a substitute for a fluorocarbon R134a and hardly affecting the ozonosphere of the stratosphere. CONSTITUTION:This mixed working fluid contains 25-85wt.% pentafluorodimethyl ether and two selected from any of <=75wt.% dimethyl ether, <=75wt.% trifluorodimethyl ether, <=65wt.% tetrafluorodimethyl ether and <=35wt.% difluorodimethyl ether as fluorinated dimethyl ethers composed of only two carbon atoms, one oxygen atom, hydrogen atoms and fluorine atoms or 25-85wt.% pentafluorodimethyl ether and only one selected from either of <=75wt.% trifluorodimethyl ether and <=35wt.% difluorodimethyl ether. |
