摘要 The steel sheet comprises (in wt.%) 0.02- 0.06% C, up to 3.5% Si, up to 0.05% Mn, up to 0.15% P, up to 0.01% S, up to 0.008% N, up to 0.7% Al, up to 0.005% O, 0.02- 1.0 % Ni, 0.02- 0.5% Cu 0.02- 0.2% Su+Sb, and balance Fe with inevitable impurities. The hot-rolled steel sheet is annealed at 700- 1,100 deg.C for 10- 20 secs. or at 600-1,000 deg.C for 10-20 secs. under non-oxidizing atmosphere. The cold-rolled steel sheet is decarburized at annealing temperature of 750- 900 deg.C under mixing gas atmosphere of 60- 90% nitrogen and 40-10% oxygen. The steel sheet is used for the core material of electrical equipment for example motor, generator, small transformer, etc. and has low iron loss and high magnetic flux density and permeability.
