PURPOSE:To prevent the inflow of air into a water flow sensor to be used for the circulating filter device of bath tub water. CONSTITUTION:The discharge side of a pump 21 and a second tank 12 are connected by a pipeline 2. The pipeline 2 is provided with the water flow sensor 3 for detecting the water flow of the bath tub water in the pipeline 2. On the other hand, the upstream side and downstream side across the water flow sensor 3 in the pipe line 2 are connected by a bypass pipeline 7 existing above the water flow sensor 3. More particularly, the bypass circuit 7 is installed in the state of installing the bypass circuit across the pipeline 2 above the water flow sensor 3 when the pipe line 2 is an U shape in the down stream of the rising up part 2 a and the water sensor 3 is provided at the lowermost part.
