<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an oxygen capturing material which is an expanded specific sheetlike oxygen capturing material, having a density within a prescribed range and capable of reducing the dissolved oxygen concentration in a liquid food or a beverage and excellent in economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION:This oxygen capturing material is a sheetlike material obtained by expanding two or more layers of an oxygen capturing material, containing (A) one or more transition metallic complex compounds such as cobalt stearate, (B) one or more polymers expressed by the formula (R1 is H, a 1-10C alkyl, an aryl, an alkylaryl or alkoxy; R2 and R3 are each H, a 1-10C alkyl, an (substituted)aryl, COOR1, OCOR1, cyano or chlorine; k and n are each an integer of >=1; m is an integer of >=0) such as atactic PP and (C) one or more phosphorus compounds such as sodium phosphinate. The resultant oxygen capturing material has 0.05-0.80g/cm<3> density.</p> |
