A silver halide photographic light sensitive material comprising a support bearing thereon at least one silver halide emulsion layer and a backing layer on the back side of the support, wherein; the backing layer contains a compound represented by Formulas [1] or [2]; at least one of the hydrophilic colloidal layers including the silver halide emulsion layer contains a polymer latex stabilized with gelatin; and the outermost layer on the side of the layers including the silver halide emulsion layer or the outermost layer on the opposite side of the layers thereof contain a fluorine-containing anionic or cationic surfactant(s). <IMAGE> Formula [1] <IMAGE> Formula [2]
