<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a new herbicide composition by using an auxin transportation inhibitor of an enhancing agent of a herbicide together with the herbicide. CONSTITUTION: This herbicide composition comprises effective amounts of an auxin transportation inhibitor (especially a growth regulating herbicide, a growth inhibitor, a quickly cell membrane disrupting agent, an amino acid synthesis inhibitor, etc.) and another herbicide (especially benzoic acid, phenoxy acetic acid, picolinic acid, a bipyridylium-based compound, etc.) and an auxin transportation inhibitor in an amount to show enhancing effects. A compound of formula I [X and Y are each H, F or Cl; R is a group of formula II (M is H or a salt-forming part), formula III or formula IV (Z is H, F or Cl) such as 2-acetylnicotinic acid 4-(3,5-difluorophenyl)semicarbazone may be cited as the auxin transportation inhibitor. The ratio of the auxin transportation inhibitor and another herbicide is especially preferably (1:50)(1:2.5).</p> |
