<p>PURPOSE:To obtain heart function information with a high reproductivity and a kaleido scopic change by estimating a parameter related to various heart functions based on the basic data (ejection amount, diameter of blood tube, blood pressure or the like) of the heart function which is measured directly and displaying them with proper manner. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a measurement means with a Doppler arithmetic part 39 and a flow amount arithmetic part 40 which measures the blood flow amount from the ventricle to the aorta with the reflection wave information of the ultrasonic pulse as main parts. It is also provided with a measurement means with a motion detection part 45 and a blood tube diameter arithmetic part 47 which measure the aorta or the blood tube diameter of the artery as main parts with the use of the reflection wave information of the ultrasonic pulse. In a data analysis part 41, the artery pressure related to the heart function and the parameter such as the heart capacity are obtained based on the driving rate which is calculated by a ejection rate arithmetic part 50 from the detection signal of an ultrasonic probe 16 and at least one blood pressure value of the highest or lowest blood pressure values to be measured by a sphygmomanometer 52, and the blood ejection amount and the diameter of the blood tube, and then they are outputted to a TV monitor 29 and to a recorder 53.</p> |
