PURPOSE:To complete a pneumatic tire for which decrease of noise is attempted while securing good drainage performance and cornering performance. CONSTITUTION:A belt 3 composed of two rubberized layers laminated in an arrangement of cords that are intersected to each other, one belt reinforcing layer 4 composed of a rubberized layer of an organic fiber cord substantially and parallely extended along the tire circumference, and a tread 5 reinforced by the belt 3 and the belt reinforcing layer 4 are provided on the outer periphery of a radial carcass 2 composed of two plies. And the tread part 5 is extended along the tire circumference and provided with one wide peripheral groove 6 whose cross-sectional area is 160mm<2> or more, and the wide circumferential groove 6 is so arranged as to be deviated from a tire equator surface 8 by the distance of 1/30 to 1/10 times of the tire ground contact width in the tire width direction. |
