摘要 PURPOSE:To maximize the heat exchanging efficiency of a heat exchanger regardless of the configuration of filler by a method wherein a burning period is switched based on a specified formula at every switching times in accordance with the thickness of the filler in the filling type heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A heat accumulating combustion device is constituted of heat accumulating bodies 1A, 1B, provided in burners 2A, 2B, solenoid valves 4A, 4B, switching a combustion air supplying system 7 alternately, solenoid valves 5A, 5B, connecting a combustion gas exhaust system 8 alternately and selectively, solenoid valves 6A, 6B, connecting respective burners 2A, 2B to a fuel supplying system 9 selectively and supplying fuel to either one of burners, and pilot burners 3A, 3B. The switching time Ti of the period of combustion in heat accumulating combustion method is switched as shown by a formula (1) in accordance with the thickness (de) of filler. Ti=ksq. rt. (de)+ or -alpha...(1). Here k: coefficient (8-12), alpha: constant (10). According to this method, a high heat exchanging efficiency can be achieved and energy saving can be contrived.
