Procedure for practising and/or interpreting songs with visual and audio guide recorded on video support (karaoke), characterised in that by forming an inseparable assembly of electronic units to suppress the laser disk or videotape emitter of the signals stored in the support element, for which purpose on the hard disk of a computer there are recorded in an encoded manner without any support whatsoever, the television images and the words and music of the songs of interest to be stored and in addition there is also intercalated between the hard disk of the computer and the amplifier-mixer of the equipment a multitimbric generator module which reads the encoded sound signals received from the CPU of the computer, interpreted by the decoder and, once decoded, they pass to the multitimbric generator, which sends them to the said amplifier-mixer and to the television screen of this inseparable assembly with microphone incorporated. <IMAGE>
