发明名称 METHOD FOR CLARIFYING LIQUID FOOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To remove a deposit in high yield and efficiently clarify a liquid food such as soy sauce or refined rice wine by adding silica sol to the liquid food and then filtering the mixture using ultra-fine fiber filter cloth. CONSTITUTION:Preferably 0.05-0.2vol.% of a silica gel is added to a liquid food and then, the liquid mixture is filtered using ultra-fine fiber filter cloth made of (non)woven fabric, etc., composed of ultra-fine fiber having e.g. about 0.2-0.01 denier or below to clarify the liquid food.
