PURPOSE:To provide a calmodulin-fused protein having a calmodulin activity, a DNA coding it and a method for detecting or purifying a calmodulin-bonded substance using this calmodulin-fused protein. CONSTITUTION:A calmodulin-fused protein is represented by the formula shown below and has a calmodulin activity, a DNA coding the calmodulin-fused protein, and a calmodulin-bonded substance is detected or purified by using this calmodulin-fused protein.
