<p>PURPOSE:To provide a solid organic waste-treating apparatus eliminating environmental pollution, achieved in miniaturization and the increase of garbage treatment, speed, enhanced in decomposition efficiency and capable of reducing the amt. of a treatment product. CONSTITUTION:Two rotary shafts 40 having stirring arms 42 fixed thereto are arranged in the treatment tank 50 having two curved bottom surfaces of a solid org. matter treating part A and the matter to be treated charged in the tank 50 by the rotation of the rotary shafts 40 is ground by a stirring and grinding part 10 to be mixed with seed bacteria 100. The matter subjected to formentation treatment in a treatment part 20 is discharged as compost. The offensive smell and high temp. steam generated at the time of fermentation are cooled by air in the heat exchanger 70 of a gas-liquid treatment part B and steam is condensed. An acidic liquid is neutralized by the adjusting tank 94 equipped with a weak alkaline material of a liquid purifier 90 and org. matter is decomposed by bacteria in a treatment tank 96 to be discharged to the outside. A part of gas is introduced into a deodorizing tank 80 and an offensive smell is decomposed by the bacteria in the tank to be discharged to the outside.</p> |
