PURPOSE:To improve productivity by a method wherein active energy ray curing type liquid resin composition is cast in a silicone rubber mold and then cured by being irradiated with active energy rays. CONSTITUTION:Active energy ray curing type liquid resin composition prepared by adding (D) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of active energy ray polymerization initiator to 100 pts.wt. of the sum of (A) 30-89 pts.wt. of urethane poly(meta-)acrylate, which has two or more (meta-)acryloyloxy groups in one molecule, (B) 10-60 pts.wt. of compound represented by the formula, in which R1 and R2 represent hydrogen atom or methyl group, R3 and R4 are 2-5C straight-chain type or branched-chain type saturated hydrocarbon group, (1) is an integer of 1-5 and (m) and (n) are integers of 0-5, and (C) 1-20 pts.wt. of aliphatic polythiol compound having at least two thiol group in one molecule, is poured in a transparent silicone rubber mold having the shape of a chandelier part. After that, the resultant resin composition is irradiated with active energy rays so as to be cured. |
