PURPOSE:To increase cooling speed and make a cooling device compact, by a method wherein cooling air ducts to cool the surface of products are provided respectively between the first and second cooling rollers and between the second and third cooling rollers. CONSTITUTION:In raw fabric 11 coming out of a main body 21, the surface of a product is cooled down to temperature wherein the third cooling roller 33 becomes contactible until the raw fabric arrives at the third roller 33, since the first cooling roller 31 and second cooling roller 32 are contacted with the rear and the first cooling air duct 35 and second cooling air duct 36 are arranged. Since a passing speed of the raw fabric 11 within main body 21 can be made to an extent of 30-40m/min. which is far faster than a conventional one, a cooling speed is increased and processing time can be shortened drastically. Then since a distance up to the third cooling roller 33 from the first cooling roller 31 can be shortened, damage of the surface of the raw fabric 11 in the meantime can be avoided to the utmost. |
