PURPOSE:To obtain a method for producing an inorganic molded plate having top and rear surfaces of a uniform and dense structure and having a large mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic molded plate is produced by pressing and curing mats made of a material mixture mainly composed of a self-curing inorganic material and a wood reinforcing material between a lower mold plate 3 having an irregular pattern 3A on its mold surface and an upper mold plate 11. In this case, at least as the wood reinforcing material of top and rear surface layers of the inorganic molded plate, a wood material containing 30-70wt.% wood powder of 2mm or less screen opening is used in the amount of 5-15wt.%. in this manner, the top and rear surfaces have a dense structure. |
