ULTRASONIC DIAGNOSIS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To form an inexpensive and small-scale reception circuit by securing the best dynamic range of a reception signal and the pulse Doppler mode and the continuous wave Doppler mode. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with plural vibrators capable of performing the electroacoustic conversion. It is provided with a pulse generation circuit 11 sending an ultrasonic pulse signal through vibrators into a testee and a 1st reception phasing addition circuit 1 which inputs the reception signal corresponding to the ultrasonic pulse signal from the testee through the vibrator and converts it into the digital amount at the delay addition. It is also provided with a transmission circuit 12 sending the ultrasonic continuous signal through the vibrator to the testee and a 2nd reception phasing addition circuit 18 which inputs the reception signal corresponding to the ultrasonic continuous signal from the testee through the vibrator and delays and adds the reception signal in the analog amount state. The addition circuit 18 is provided with a multiplexer part 21 for switching signals and an analog delay line 22 with irregular interval taps.
