PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of nonconformity due to existence of gas even when the gas is generated at a part immediately before passing a strainer. CONSTITUTION:A reservoir tank 1 is furnished with a tank main body 2 with a returning port 6 and a delivery port 7 formed on it, a strainer 3 stored in the tank main body 2, etc. The strainer 3 is furnished with a filter part 8, first and second flange parts 9, 10, etc. The first flange part 9 is positioned on the upper side of the returning port 6 and the second flange part 10 is positioned on the upper side of the delivery port 7 and below the returning port 6. A lower flange part 15 and an upper flange part 16 are simultaneously formed on the first flange part 9 by formation of a groove 12 for packing. A degassing passage is constituted as a lower cutout part 15a and an upper cutout part 16a are additionally formed and a passage groove 17 is formed on the base bottom part of the groove 12 for packing. Consequently, even when gas is generated in oil, the gas passes through the lower cutout part 15a, a communicating groove 17 and the upper cutout part 16a. |
