PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a bridge at the corner part of the peripheral edge of an undercut surface. CONSTITUTION:In a method for producing a skin molded product wherein two product parts cut and separated later are integrally connected through a cutting scheduled part by vacuum molding, the skin molding part 11 of a vacuum mold 10 is constituted of a cutting scheduled part molding part 13 having a bellows molding uneven mold surface 16 and two product part molding parts 14, 15 provided on both sides of the cutting scheduled part molding part and upwardly inclined from the cutting scheduled part molding part to both ends of the skin molding part. Further, a heated thermoplastic resin sheet S is sucked to the mold surface of the skin molding part of the vacuum mold 10 to be subjected to vacuum molding to obtain the skin molded product wherein two product parts are connected through a bellows-shaped cutting scheduled part. |
