The device recognizes signals of a voice automatically and informs users of voiced service informations according to that signals. It is composed of: (i) a line interface part(1) that interfaces receiving signals with a telephone line; (ii) a line control module(2) that controlls operations of entire system; (iii) a data processor module(6) which reads data of voice from a hard-disk driver(7) and outputs them; (iv) a memory part(5) ; (v) a Digial/Analog converter(4); (vi) a 1st low-band fillter(3); (vii) a voice-recognition part(8) that recognizes a voice by extracting characteristic vectors of it from signals.
