PURPOSE:To obtain a working fluid, capable of providing a substitute for a fluorocarbon R134a and hardly affecting the ozonosphere of the stratosphere. CONSTITUTION:This mixed working fluid contains <=60wt.% difluoromethane, <=85wt.% pentafluorodimethyl ether and one selected from any of 45-95wt.% dimethyl ether, 55-95wt.% trifluorodimethyl ether, 45-95wt.% tetrafluorodimethyl ether and 15-85wt.% difluorodimethyl ether as fluorinated dimethyl ethers composed of only two carbon atoms, one oxygen atom, hydrogen atoms and fluorine atoms. |
