摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide stable supporting condition up to high rotating speed by deviating the floating position in the reverse direction to the direction of unbalance pull so as to dissolve it, even if unbalance pull is generated due to unbalanced magnetic attracting force at rotating a shaft by a drive motor. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 62 compares the supporting force command signal of a computing element 8 in which air gap before rotation and diectly after floating is balanced with the supporting force supporting command signal (fr) output from the computing element 8 which corresponds to the supporting force during rotation, and hence when unbalance pull is generated at high rotating speed of a motor, deviation of the supporting force is output by the comparator 62 regardless of whether the rotary shaft is eccentric or not. A supporting force controller 7 receiving this signal acts so as to reduce the deviation and outputs a command signal Xs. The command signal Xs is input to a comparator 61 as the floating position command of a floating control system. The floating control system receiving this command deviates the floating position in the reverse direction against the direction applied by unbalance pull of the motor.</p>
