The protruding members 34, 35 are allowed to fall in such a state that a primary molded object 40 is internally pressurized by blow air to form annular recessed parts 45, 45 to a shoulder part. At this time, the shoulder part is deformed round along the grooves 34a, 35a to form a recessed part 55. By cutting the lower end part of the outer peripheral surface of the recessed part 55 (for example, at a position C) in an annular shape, the outer peripheral wall of the recessed part 55 becomes a curling part 56.
