MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR POLYSULFONE MEMBRANE

摘要

The polysulfone series hollow fiber membranes having superior water permeability and pressure-resistant property were manufactured by using hydrophilic polymer such as polyalkylene glycol, polyvinyl pyrollidone, water and monovalent alcohol (C < 4) non-solvent as the ratio of 1 : 1-3.5 : 1 in raw spinning liquid. The structure and property of the hollow fiber membrane were controlled by the molecular weight of the used hydrophylic polymer, the outer surface of the membrane had 50-500∦ micropores, behind surface had 100-500∦ slit-phase micropores structure, and as a whole had the homogeneous sponge structure.
