PURPOSE:To surely crush sandy gravel to sand by obliquely erecting a pair of tooth plate, resonating these tooth plates via vibrating means and intermittently pressing the one tooth plate. CONSTITUTION:A pair of the tooth plates 17, 19 inscribed with many teeth consisting of peaks and valleys in a longitudinal direction are meshed with each other by disposing the peaks an valleys of the teeth of the two tooth plates 17, 19 opposite to each other and are obliquely erected by narrowing the spacing from above to below. The sandy gravel 49 is supplied between both tooth plates 17 and 19 of a crushing mechanism 41 constituted by forming the one tooth plate 17 freely oscillatable, resonating both tooth plates 17, 19 via oscillation means 33 and intermittently pressing the bottom end of the one tooth plate 17. The sandy gravel is crushed by the pressing force generated by meshing of both tooth plates 17, 19 of the crushing mechanism 41, the resonance force by vibration of both tooth plates 17, 19 and the intermittent pressing power of the one tooth plate 17, by which the sand is formed. Consequently, the sandy gravel is efficiently crushed to the sand. |
