PURPOSE:To dispense with thermal treatment of a supporting part of a differential gear case which supports a differential gear at its tooth tips. CONSTITUTION:A differential device 7 has a pair of side gears 37, 39 which are subjected to centering at the tooth tips by a centering part 41 of a differential gear case 21, pinion gears 59, 61 which are housed in a housing port 55 of the differential gear case 21 and connect the side gears 37, 39 to each other, and a flexible intagrated sleeve 69 arranged between the centering part 41 and the housing port 55 and the gears.
