<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a thermal head which can print at a high speed with a simple structure and has high print reliability. CONSTITUTION:A thermal head 11 comprises an inverter 13 for inverting a clock, and two FFs(flip-flops) 14, 15 which input print signal. The FF 14 outputs a print signal DIA in synchronization with a clock CLK, and the FF 15 outputs a print signal DIB in synchronization with an inverted clock/CLK. A driving circuit 12 is divided into two blocks B1, B2. The block B1 serially transfers the signal DIA in synchronization with the inverted clock/CLK, and the block B2 serially transfers the signal DIB in synchronization with the clock CLK.</p> |
