<p>PURPOSE:To provide a tire again with merchandise value by obtaining an elastic facility article making the best use of the elasticity of the tire. CONSTITUTION:An elastic facility article utilizing a tire is formed of a tire 10 still having at least one bead part 11, at least one side part 12 continuous from the bead part 11, at least one shoulder part 13 continuous from the side part 12 and at least a part of a tread part 14 continuous from the shoulder part 13, and a first elastic covering layer 20. This first elastic covering layer 20 is jointed to at least a part of the tire 10.</p> |
