PURPOSE:To acquire a permanent magnet compact without generating cracks, flaws and chipping by arranging a rubber mold in a die press device and by acquiring a compact of permanent magnet powder by compressing rubber mold and permanent magnet powder by punching of the die press device. CONSTITUTION:Magnet powder 5 is injected from a feeder 42 to a bottomed rubber mold 10i put on a stopped conveyor 40 and filling density of the magnet powder 5 is increased by vibrating the bottomed rubber mold 10i by an excitator 1 simultaneously with the injection. When the conveyor 40 rotates, the rubber mold 10i with a rubber cover 10h moves to a middle between magnetic coils 4a and 4a and pulse magnetic field is applied to the magnet powder 5. The rubber mold 10i wherein the oriented magnet powder 5 is put slides toward a die 2 by a push rod, etc., on a base 44 provided in the same level as the conveyor 40 and an upper part of the die 2. Satisfactory orientation can be acquired even with high density filling if elasticity of rubber is applied in this way. |
