In a gas burner (1), in particular an atmospheric gas burner with primary-air premixing, with a burner ring (5) having gas outlet ducts (8) and with a burner cover (6) designed if appropriate in one piece with the ring, a solution is to be produced, with which, in particular in atmospheric burners, the NOx content in the waste gas as well as the content of CO is considerably reduced, and in particular over a great range of adjustment between low setting and high setting of the burner. This is achieved by the central axis (9) of the gas outlet ducts (8) having an angle deviating from 0 DEG to a radius (10) assigned to the respective outlet opening (8a). <IMAGE> |
