PURPOSE:To prevent the failure in discrimination of trouble causes by outputting picture information corresponding to character information together with character information in case of trouble diagnosis. CONSTITUTION:When a system is started, characters 21 are stored in a working storage device 2. An inferring device 1 executes an executing part because inference device coincide with the condition part of a rule 01 of a trouble diagnostic data retrieving device 3, and a question 51 'is picture thin?' is outputted on the display screen of a display device 5. A picture defective image data retrieving device 5 is retrieved by the character string 'is picture thin?' simultaneously with output of this character string, and image data is accessed, and characters and image data are outputted as an output 51 to the display device 5. If 'ges' is inputted from an input device 6 in response to this question, characters 22 'picture is thin' are stored in the working storage device 2. The inferring device 1 compares the condition part of a rule 02 of the trouble diagnostic data retrieving device 3 with contents 22 of the working storage device to execute the executing part. Thus, a trouble cause 'the position of an electrifier wire is too low' is outputted on the display device 5. |
