The suction conveyor belt has a lower section, moving across the suction box at a distance, which is larger than the length of the workpieces. The lower belt section has distance blocks or suction cups with suction bores (44). The suction box has two suction slots, and the belt has two corresponding suction cups in crosswise rows. Suction cups of the same height but without bores, are portioned between the rows. The suction belt may consist of two parallel belts, which are driven synchronously. |
