<p>PURPOSE:To increase the productivity efficiency of the title assembled body of exciting coil by a method wherein the binding part of a terminal is protruded from the flange part of a bobbin when a coil end part is bound to the terminal while the binding part is inserted into the bobbin from the flange part contour thereof to be buried in an ultraviolet ray setting resin when the resin is cast. CONSTITUTION:During the winding step, the connecting side of a terminal 6 to a coil 7 is protruded from a flange part contour of a bobbin 5 to be inserted into the bobbin 5 from the contour after finishing the winding step. Later, the bobbin 5 wound up with the coil 7 is inserted into a cuplike frame 9 having a casting port 9a on the side thereof. Next, the frame 9 filled with an ultraviolet ray setting resin poured from the casting port 9a is irradiated with the ultraviolet rays to be set. Next, the bobbin 5 is pulled out of the frame 9 after finishing the setting step. Besides, the frame 9 is to be made of a transparent material capable of making the ultraviolet rays pass therethrough. Through these procedures, the line constitution can synchronize the winding step with the casting step due to the cut down setting time of the resin thereby enabling the productivity efficiency to be increased.</p> |
