- The present invention relates to a device (1) for positioning an object (2) relative to a fixed structure (3), including: . a support (4) arranged on the said fixed structure (3); . a sliding arm (6) bearing the said object (2) to be positioned and capable of moving by sliding relative to the said support (4) from a stable retracted position to a stable emergent position, in which the object is brought into its final position, the said retracted and emergent positions being separated by a positioning distance (D); and . an elastic means (8) which moves the said sliding arm (6). - According to the invention, the said device (1) includes an adjustment system (12) mounted on the said sliding arm (6) and capable of adjusting the said positioning distance (D) on the said sliding arm (6) before reaching the said emergent position. <IMAGE>
