PURPOSE:To substantially improve work efficiency at the time of inspection by preventing a fracture accident due to a human error during a work. CONSTITUTION:A probe holder 21 is formed out of a fixed holder section 22 and a mounted holder section 23, and each of the fixing sections 22A and 23A thereof are positioned in such a condition as allachable/detachable with magnets 24 and 25. Also, each ball plunger 26 is coupled to a corresponding engagement recess 22C, thereby making a correction for positioning the section 22 relative to the section 23. According to this construction, even if the section 23 is loosened or detached from the section 22 at the time of the collision of the probe holder 21 with a subject or the like, the section 23 can be accurately positioned relative to the section 22 at a later stage. |
