PURPOSE:To detect the position accurately and to facilitate the manufacturing and replacement operation by detecting the magnetic signal of a magnetic pattern which changes along the rotary direction of a magnetic scale which rotates in one piece with a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic scale 60 consists of an elastic body with a shape where a ring is partially cut and the ring inner diameter is formed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the engagement part of a rotor 61. The scale 60 is engaged to and fixed to the rotor 61. Also, a magnetization pattern 63 is provided on the peripheral surface of the scale 60 and a magnetic sensor 62 which is sealed to a fixing member 64 provided at the position of the camera body side being opposed to it, is allowed to be in contact with it. Therefore, the scale 60 rotates in one piece with the rotor 61 and a sensor 62 detects the magnetic signal of the pattern 63 which changes along the rotary direction of the rotor 6, thus detecting the rotary position of the rotor 61, thus accurately detecting a position and facilitating manufacturing and replacement operation. |
